And the rules and regulations prescribed for the use of the facilities made available therein. The user is bond and responsible for use of any services provided on the website, including reviews, and is subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, which form an integral part of these terms of Use.

DMCT reserve the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access to the website to such Users. Cancellations/Refunds:
Cancellations/Refund/alteration or change in visit date of entry tickets are not permitted in any circumstances.
A User who has been suspended or blocked may not register or attempt to re-register or use this Website in any manner whatsoever until such time that such user’s access is reinstated by DMCT. In case of breach of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or other rules and regulations, DMCT may limit activity of the User, immediately remove his/her information, warn other Users of his actions, temporarily/indefinitely suspend or terminate or block his membership, and /or refuse the User access to the Website, in addition to the other remedies available to DMCT under the law, or DMCT failure to verify or authenticate any information provided by the User; or if it is believed that actions of the User may cause legal liability for him, other users or DMCT. DMCT may, at any time, in its sole discretion reinstate access to suspended User/s. Not with standing the foregoing, DMCT reserves the right to recover any amounts due and unsettled by the User, if any, and take strict legal action including referring such matter to the appropriate police or other authorities for initiating criminal or other proceedings against the User. In case of payment deduction from the bank account and no confirmation SMS or Email has been received please inform us within 7 days or else no claim will be processed. In all cases of refund approval by higher authorities, after a refund has been processed from our end it will take 7-10 working days to reflect the amount in customers bank account.
Indemnity:
The User shall indemnify and hold harmless DMCT, its owner, licensees, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable) and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim or demand or actions, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of breach of these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by him/her, or violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party or any other User.
Copyright Complaint:
DMCT value others’ intellectual property. In case the User finds that his work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, he may please write to DMCT at diamondcitywaterparkcare@gmail.com
Applicable Law:
DMCT shall take appropriate action through Cyber Cell Department in case of any person found passing wrong information of DMCT on the website or any social media, or any direct or indirect moral damage of DMCT and subsidies. The terms and conditions mentioned in the current document is applicable for all DMCT subsidies i.e. Diamond City Water Park, and other upcoming subsidies.
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat.
Limitation Of Liability:
Use of this website is entirely at the user’s own risk. Further, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DMCT excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from (1) the use or the inability to use this website; (2) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and /or services resulting from any goods or services purchased or obtained or transactions entered into through or from this website; or (3) unauthorized access or alteration of the users transmissions or data, even if DMCT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The User further agrees that DMCT is not responsible to user for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, illegal or offensive conduct of other users or any infringement or others’ rights, including intellectual property rights, occurring on or through this website.
